The picture above shows a side view of Waverly home. The barn/garage and pool kitchen with powder room are shown on the left. The entire property (approximately two acres) borders Glen Oak Country Club, an 18 hole golf course. The house includes a wrap around porch adorned by awnings which are of recent vintage. The driveway and parking area are covered entirely with macadam which is in reasonably good condition. HOUSE First Floor The first floor has an expansive living room with excellent fenestration. The living room also consists of a concealed closet and a marble fireplace with glass doors. The dining room is larger than normal with an outstanding chandelier.
